GB2760-2011中部分食品添加剂的技术必要性再评估研究

Study on reevaluation of justification on food additives of GB2760-2011

本文通过从国外标准是否允许使用、国内生产使用情况、工业生产许可或卫生许可情况等方面开展对卫生部拟撤销的GB2760中38种食品添加剂的调查,主要从工艺必要性的角度,对以上食品添加剂提出修订建议,建议删除其中14种食品添加剂,继续保留其中24种食品添加剂,并通过本次调查工作对今后食品添加剂标准管理提出建议。

Objective To improve the regulation of the thirty-eight food additives of GB2760-2011.Method Carrying out investigation on the thirty-eight food additives of GB2760-2011.Results based on food safety and food processing necessity,thirty-eight food additives in GB2760-2011 were revised.Among them,fourteen food additives were deleted and rest of twenty four food additives were maintained.
