柠檬酸盐缓冲液提取桃金娘粗多糖工艺 被引量:4

摘要 以桃金娘为原料,采用柠檬酸盐缓冲液浸提法对粗多糖进行提取研究。通过单因素试验和正交试验优化提取桃金娘粗多糖工艺条件。结果表明:最佳提取条件为料液比1:30、温度100℃、时间150min。与常规热水浸提法相比,柠檬酸盐缓冲液浸提法可以将桃金娘粗多糖得率提高51.63%,效果十分显著。 Using citrate buffer as the extractant,the extraction of crude polysaccharides from Rhodomyrtus tomentosa was studied by single-factor experiments and optimized by orthogonal test.The optimal conditions were as follows: ratio of solid to liquid 1:30,extraction temperature 100C,extraction time 150min.It was proved that the extraction efficiency of crude polysaccharides was increased 51.63% by citrate buffer solution compared with hot water extraction.
