饲粮含硫氨基酸水平对生长肉兔生产性能及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Dietary Sulphur-Amino Acids Level on Performance and Serum Biochemical Indices of Growing Meat Rabbits

摘要 本试验旨在研究一定消化能(DE)水平下饲粮含硫氨基酸水平对生长肉兔生产性能及血清生化指标的影响,以确定饲粮中含硫氨基酸的适宜水平。选择平均体重为(954.24±55.61)g的健康新西兰生长肉兔112只,随机分为7组(每组16个重复,每个重复1只兔),分别饲喂含硫氨基酸水平为0.50%、0.55%、0.60%、0.65%、0.70%、0.75%和0.80%的试验饲粮。预试期7 d,正试期28 d。结果表明:1)饲粮含硫氨基酸水平对生长肉兔平均日采食量(ADFI)无显著影响(P>0.05),对平均日增重(ADG)和料重比(F/G)有显著影响(P<0.05),并以饲粮含硫氨基酸水平为0.65%组的ADG最高,F/G最低。2)饲粮含硫氨基酸水平对生长肉兔血清总蛋白(TP)和白蛋白(ALB)含量无显著影响(P>0.05),对血清尿素氮(UN)和胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)含量有显著影响(P<0.05),且以饲粮含硫氨基酸水平为0.65%组的血清UN含量最低,IGF-Ⅰ含量最高。综合本试验测定指标,当饲粮DE水平为10.87 MJ/kg时,生长肉兔饲粮中含硫氨基酸适宜水平为0.65%(实测值为0.61%)。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary sulphur-amino acids level on perform- ance and serum biochemical indices of growing meat rabbits in order to determine the appropriate level of dieta- ry sulphur-amino acids in a certain level of digestible energy. A total of 112 young New Zealand growing meat rabbits with an average body weight of (954.24 ± 55.61 ) g were randomly assigned to 7 groups with 16 repli- cates in each group and each replicate contained 1 rabbit. Rabbits in the 7 groups were fed experimental diets containing 0.50% , 0.55% , 0.60% , 0.65% , 0.70% , 0.75% and 0.80% sulphur-amino acids, respec- tively. There was a pretrial period of 7 days followed by an experimental period of 28 days. The results showed as follows: 1 ) the dietary sulphur-amino acids level did not significantly affect average daily feed in- take (P 〉 0.05). The dietary sulphur-amino acids level had significant influences on average daily gain and feed to gain ( P 〈 0.05 ). The average daily gain had the maximum value and the feed to gain had the mini- mum value in the group with the diet containing 0.65% sulphur-amino acids. 2 ) The contents of total protein and albumin in serum were not significantly affected by dietary sulphur-amino acids level ( P 〉 0.05 ). The di- etary sulphur-amino acids level had significant influences on serum urea nitrogen and insulin-like growth factor- I contents ( P 〈 0.05 ). The serum urea nitrogen content had the minimum value and the serum insulin- like growth factor- I content had the maximum value in the group with the diet containing 0.65% sulphur-ami- no acids. In conclusion, considering all indices of this experiment, the appropriate sulphur-amino acids level in the diet of growing meat rabbits is 0.65% (measured value is 0.61% ).
