摘要
目的调查不同学科大学生器官捐赠知识、态度及意愿,为在高校开展器官捐赠教育提供参考。方法采用器官捐赠量表对1 943名大学生进行问卷调查。结果大学生器官捐赠知识、态度及意愿得分分别为(6.90±2.23)分、(82.45±14.88)分和(2.05±0.78)分;医科大学生器官捐赠知识、态度及意愿高于理工科和人文社科大学生(P<0.01)。结论大学生的器官捐赠总体得分处于中等偏上水平,有必要在大学生尤其是在理工科和人文社科大学生中开展器官捐赠相关知识教育。
Objective To investigate the current status of knowledge, attitude and willingness of organ donation of undergraduates students from different disciplines, thus to provide basis for education on organ donation in colleges and universities. Methods A total of 1 943 undergraduate students were investigated with the questionnaire about organ donation. Results The average scores of knowledge, attitude and wilhngness of organ donation were ( 6.90 ~ 2.23 ), (82.45 ~ 14.88) and (2.05 ~ 0.78 ), respectively. The scores of medical undergraduates were obviously higher than those of undergraduates of science and technology or humanities and social science ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The scores of organ donation of undergraduate are at moderate level. It is necessary to de- velop education of organ donation for undergraduates students, especially for undergraduates students of science and technology or humanities and social science.
