为了探究市场经济体制背景下旅游管理体制的改革创新,从未来旅游业的发展趋势着手,分析了我国现行旅游管理体制存在的问题,继而提出了我国旅游管理体制改革的建议:旅游管理体制改革应逐步建立多元管理主体,明确职能职权,从而构建完善的旅游管理体制。

The development of tourism should be supported by solid and excellent tourism management system. In order to explore the reform innovation of tourism management system under the background of market economic sy-stem, this article examines the development trends of the tourism industry and the present problems of the tourism management system. And then it points out that excellent tourism management system should consist of multiple management subjects and be equipped with clear functions and authorities.
