输血病案质量的对比分析

Comparative Analysis on the Quality of Blood Transfusion Medical Records

目的对比分析实施三级质控对输血病案质量的影响。方法对比分析三级质控前482份及实施三级质控后491份有关输血记录的终末病案,比较实施监控前后输血病案甲级率、乙级率、丙级率、缺陷率及缺陷顺位的变化。结果三级质控后输血病案质量明显提高,其中甲级率明显上升,达94.30%,提高5.92%,乙级率、丙级率及缺陷率较质控前分别下降3.62%、2.30%及16.38%,同时缺陷前五位顺位发生改变,缺陷项目数同期比也明显下降。结论实施三级质控能够明显提高输血病案质量。

Objective To make a contrast analysis on the quality influence of blood transfusion medical records after the implemen- tation of three levels of natures quality control. Methods To conduct contrast analysis on the 482 cases with d-91 cases before and after the implementation of three levels of natures control. And compared changes of the grade A rate, the grade B rate, the grade C rate, the rate of defect and the flaw cis-position. Results After three levels of natures control, the quality of transfusion blood medical record was obviously increased, in which a-grade rate was obviously rised, achieves 94.30%, enhances 5.92%, the grade B rate, the grade C rate and the rate of defect dropped obviously, compared with the nature to control dropped 3.62% separately, 2.30% and 16.38%, simultaneously the flaw first five cis-positions was also changed, the flaw project number was also obviously dropped compared with the same time. Conzlusions The implementation of three levels of natures control can improve the blood transfusion medical record quality obviously.
