As the thorough development of health insurance policy, medical records have played more and more important role, and mistakes in medical records such as wrong names can brir^g important influence in the patients. This article analyzed the adoption of standardized rectify information flow, summed up the common reasons in the information of patients and elaborated that through strengthen the management to decrease the rate of wrong information as well as the bad influence to the patients.
