某医院武警官兵住院疾病谱构成分析

The Hospitalized Disease Spectrum Analysis on Armed Police Officers and Soldiers

目的探讨武警官兵住院所患疾病的构成,找出本部队常见病、多发病病种,为部队防治工作有针对性的提供科学依据。方法对2009年-2012年武警官兵住院病案首页的内容进行回顾性调查分析。结果各系统疾病排在前5位的是呼吸系统疾病(15.45%)、消化系统疾病(13.84%)、循环系统疾病(11.79%)、损伤和中毒疾病(11.04%)、肌肉骨骼系统和结缔组织疾病(9.31%)。结论明确了本部队的常见疾病系统的多发病,为医院管理者制定部队疾病的防治对策和积极开展健康教育提供科学的参考依据。

Objective To explore the diseases constitute of our hospital police officers and soldiers, find out the common disease and fre- quently-occurring diseases in army, thus to provide a scientific basis for the disease prevention of the army. Method To make a retrospective analysis on the content in the home pages of medical records police officers and soldiers in our hospital. Result The top five diseases in the past four years were respiratory system diseases, digestive system disease, circulatory system diseases, loss and poisoning disease, musculoskeletal system and connective tissue disease, which took 15.45%, 13.84%, 11.79%, 11.04% and 9.31%. Conclusion Through this analysis, we cleared the common diseases and frequently-occurring diseases of our army, and provided a scientific reference basis for hospital administra- tor to carry out the disease prevention and develop the health education
