摘要
研究了铜在CO2 激光辐照下达到热平衡时表面的温度涨落。发现铜在达到热平衡后 ,铜块表面温度出现涨落 ,涨落的最大幅度不随幅照时间而改变。同时 ,这一温度涨落也反映了国产HGL 895型 5kW横流连续CO2 激光器功率稳定性的一些问题 ,对采用反馈电路稳定激光输出功率这一工艺有参考意义。
The temperature fluctuat ion of copper surface,which was in a the rmal equilibrium state under the irradia ted condition with a CW CO 2 laser,was c arefully measured.And the maximum range of the temperature fluctuation was no re lation to laser irradiation time.So the temperature fluctuation of the copper su rface showed considerably the laser powe r stability of 5kW CW transverse flow CO 2 laser.The result was useful to contro l the power stability of a CO 2 laser.
