半导体激光器三阶载波互调非线性失真

3rd subcarrier inter modulation distortions of modulation performance of semiconductor laser

对半导体激光器的P I特性曲线的非线性引起的三阶载波互调非线性失真进行了理论分析 ,得出了减少非线性失真的方法 ,并在实验上获得了验证。

In order to transmitting the TV signal,we had carefully to consi der the P I relationship and the modul ation performance of the semiconductor l aser,and found that the main reason of 3 rd subcarrier inter modulation distortio n was the nonlinear relationship between the output and the operating current of the semconductor laser.So we designed a n optical transmission system to elimina te the distortion and to transmit color TV signals.
