Perioperative nursing for the patients with placenta previa complicated with placenta accreta

目的探讨综合护理在前置胎盘合并胎盘植入患者的临床应用。方法采用随机数字表法将20例前置胎盘合并胎盘植入患者分为观察组12例和对照组8例，两组患者采用相同的治疗方法，观察组采用综合护理，对照组采用常规护理，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果两组临床疗效比较，观察组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论通过综合护理配合临床治疗，能有效地缓解前置胎盘合并胎盘植人患者的临床症状，提高手术的成功率及患者住院满意度。

Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of comprehensive care programs on the patients with placenta previa complicated with placenta accreta. Methods A total of 20 cases of placenta previa complicated with placenta accreta were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the two groups of patients were given the same treatment program, the observation group was adopted comprehensive nursing methods and the control group was adopted routine nursing. The clinical effects were compared between two groups. Results All the data were analyzed by chi - square test, P = 0.0318 〈 0. 05, there was significant difference of the two groups. Conclusions The integrated nursing with clinical treatment can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with placenta previa complicated with placenta accreta, improve the success rate of surgery, but also improve the patients＇ satisfaction.
