家庭访视对出院冠心病患者康复效果的影响

The effect of home visits on the rehabilitation efficacy of the discharged patients with coronary heart disease

目的探讨家庭访视对出院冠心病患者康复效果的影响。方法将120例冠心病患者随机分为干预组和对照组，各60例，对照组给予常规的出院指导；干预组在此基础上定期家庭访视，实施家庭护理干预。结果干预组患者遵医行为情况优于对照组，再住院人数和次数较对照组明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论家庭访视可提高冠心病患者的遵医行为，减少再住院次数。

Objective To investigate the rehabilitation efficacy of the home visits on the discharged patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Totaled of 120 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. Patients in control group were given routine instruction. Patients in intervention group were given home visits nursing based on the routine in- struction. Results In terms of treatment compliance, the number and frequency of rehospitalization, patients in intervention group were all better than those in control group, and the differences were significant （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusions Home visits can improve compliance behavior of patients with coronary heart disease, improve lifestyle and reduce the frequency of rehospitalization..
