综合性护理干预对超重肥胖患者IVF妊娠率影响的研究

目的研究综合性护理干预对超重肥胖患者IVF妊娠率的影响。方法将我院收治的149例接受IVF的超重肥胖患者随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组行综合护理干预，对照组行常规护理。结果实验组患者临床表现、SDS及SAS评分均优于对照组。结论对超重肥胖接受IVF患者采用综合性护理干预，可有效改善患者的BMI指数，降低中重度卵巢过度刺激综合征的发生率，提高临床妊娠和胚胎种植率，提高患者临床预后。

Objective To investigate the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on IVF pregnancy rates of overweight and obesity patients. Methods The 149 cases of overweight and obese patients receiving IVF were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group was underwent comprehensive nursing intervention, control group was received routine nursing. Results The clinical manifestations and SDS and SAS scores of experimental group were better than those of control group. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention on IVF pregnancy rates of overweight and obesity patients can improve BMI index, reduce the incidence of moderate and severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome and increase the incidence of clinical pregnancy and embryo implantation, enhance clinical outcomes in patients.
