改进经口腔气管插管固定方法的效果观察

目的探讨经口腔气管插管安全、舒适、有效的固定方法。方法将110例经口腔气管插管患者按住院号的单双分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用一片纱布贴在胶布长度的中间，先绕过后颈固定，左右两端胶布经过口角处各垫_片纱布，接着左右两端的胶布分别按顺时针和逆时针反向缠绕于插管和牙垫一周后各贴到对侧的胶布上；对照组采用传统的胶布固定方法。观察两种固定方法的牢固度、舒适度、非计划性拔管例数。结果观察组固定方法的牢固度、舒适度显著优于对照组（P〈0．01），患者自拔管率低于传统方法，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论改进的气管插管固定方法更加牢固、安全，增加了患者的舒适度，提高了护理质量，值得临床应用。

Objective To explore safe,comfortable effective of fixed method through oral endotracheal intubation.Methods A total of 110 cases of patients through oral endotracheal intubation were divided into observation group and control group by hospital number of odd and even,observation group was treated with a gauze attached to the middle of the tape length,the first fixed around the neck,pad a gauze at the left and right tape through the mouth,then left and right ends of the tape were reversed wound clockwise and counterclockwise intubation and dental after one roll and pad attached to the opposite side of the tape.Control group was used traditional fixed methods of tape.The firmness,comfort,the number of cases of unplanned extubation of two fixed methods were observed.Results The solid and comfortable degree of fixed method in observation group were significantly better than those of control group (P ＜ 0.01),the rate of self tube drawing was lower than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Improved methods of endotracheal intubation is more firmly fixed,security,which is increased patient comfort,improved the quality of nursing,and is worthy of clinical application.
