摘要
目的 分析护理外勤开展优质护理服务的效果.方法 实行岗前培训与阶段性培训相结合的方法,保证外勤护理员持证上岗,规范管理,采用同期对照的方法,比较优质护理服务开展前后住院患者对护理外勤的满意度和护理外勤差错的发生情况.结果 开展优质护理服务后,住院患者对护理外勤总体满意度从93.00%提高到99.33%,标本送检差错及转运意外发生率分别由1.35%和0.09%下降至0.52%和0.02%,差异有统计学意义(x2分别为48.96,33.13,30.96;P <0.05).结论 优质护理服务的开展促进了护理外勤人员的规范培训与管理,提高了护理外勤人员的责任感和成就感,提高了患者对护理外勤人员的满意度,保障了护理安全.
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing field carrying out high-quality care.Methods Combined the pre-job training with stage training,ensured the nursing staff certificates,standardized management,used the same control method,then,compared patients with nursing satisfaction and errors occur frequently in hospital before and after high quality nursing service carried out.Results After carrying out highquality care,patients on the overall satisfaction of nursing field was increased from 93.00% to 99.33%,specimen errors and transport accident rate was decreased from 1.35% to 0.09%,0.52% to 0.02%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05).Conclusions High quality nursing service can promotes the development of the standard training and management of nursing field staff,improves the nurse's sense of responsibility and achievement,improves patients' satisfaction.
