一贯制责任护理模式在产科的应用价值

Value of whole-course accountability nursing mode in obstetrics department

目的 在产科实施“一贯制”责任护理模式,探讨该模式对孕、产妇分娩方式和护理工作满意度的影响.方法 比较实施“一贯制”责任护理模式的孕、产妇与实施岗位功能制护理模式的孕、产妇自然分娩率和对护理工作满意度的影响.结果 观察组孕产妇自然分娩率为82.50％,明显高于对照组的63.75％,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（x2=28.62,P＜0.01）；观察组的护理工作满意度总平均分为（86.62±9.04）分,明显高于对照组的（76.85±14.66）分,两组比较差异有统计学意义（t=10.147,P＜0.01）.结论 “一贯制”责任护理是一种先进的护理模式,可以明显提高孕产妇自然分娩率,并提高患者对护理工作的满意度.

Objective To discuss the effect of whole-course accountability nursing mode on promoting natural childbirth and improving nursing satisfaction of the pregnant and postpartum.Methods The rate of natural childbirth and nursing satisfaction were compared between the pregnant and postpartum who adopted whole-course accountability nursing （the observation group） and who adopted the mode of post function nursing （the control group）.Results The rate of natural childbirth was 82.50% in the observation group and 63.75% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （x2 =28.62,P 〈 0.01）.The average score of nursing satisfaction was （86.62 ± 9.04） in the observation group and （76.85 ± 14.66） in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （t =10.147,P 〈 0.01）.Conclusions Whole-course accountability nursing mode,an advanced nursing method,can effectively improve natural childbirth rate and nursing satisfaction of the pregnant and postpartum.
