摘要
为避免沥青路面出现车辙等早期损坏,文章结合广西自然条件,从集料加工生产与质量控制、沥青混合料级配优化设计、沥青路面施工工艺等方面开展沥青路面施工标准化与质量控制技术研究,提出在源头控制集料加工指标,采用均匀防离析-骨架稳定密实型沥青中、下层混合料和优化的抗滑表层沥青混合料,实施施工过程标准化管理,以有效提升机械化施工效率和路面施工质量。
In order to avoid the emergence of rutting and other early damages in asphalt pavement, the article combined the natural conditions in Guangxi to carry out the asphalt pavement construction standardization and quality control technology research from the as-pects of aggregate processing production and quality control, asphalt mixture gradation opti- mization design, and asphalt pavement construction technology etc., proposed to control the aggregate processing indicators from the beginning, to use the uniform anti-segregation- skeleton to stabilize the dense-type asphalt middle and lower-layer mixture as well as the optimized sliding-resistant surface-layer asphalt mixture, and to implement the construction process standardization management, so as to effectively improve the mechanization con-struction efficiency and pavement construction quality.
