摘要
在沥青混凝土路面机械化施工中,当施工条件或工况发生变化时,机械的联合作业系数就会相应产生变化,进而导致整个施工系统的运行状态产生波动。文章从顾客排队长度、机械联合作业系数、沥青混凝土施工温度、机械班台费的损失和利用率五个方面,建立了沥青混凝土机群施工系统的评价指标体系,并分析了机械化施工作业技术经济性评价指标,提出了各指标的具体计算方法。
In the mechanization construction of asphalt concrete pavement, when the constr-uction conditions or construction situation changes ,the mechanical joint operation coefficient will correspondingly change,which will led to the fluctuation of running state of entire constr-uction system.From five aspects of customer queue length, mechanical joint operation coef-ficient, asphalt concrete construction temperature, as well as the losses and utilization rate of mechanical unit/shift fee,the article established the evaluation index system of asphalt con- crete machine-group construction system, analyzed the technical and economic evaluation index of mechanized construction operations,and proposed the specific calculation methods for each index.
