摘要
教师从“教书匠”向“专家型”、“科研型”教师转变,这是课程改革的要求,也是时代的要求.农村初中数学教师教育科研的现状不容乐观,表现为:教师对教育科研认识不到位;教师科研动机功利化;教师科研能力不足;上级主管部门对教师科研关注不够等特点.应着力转变教师观念,端正态度;加大教师的教育科研培训力度;培养科研带头人,完善农村中学的科研管理机制,促进教师科研意识和科研能力的提高.
The new-curriculum reform requires that teachers should be "expert teacher" and "research teacher". The present situation that mathematics teachers do educational research in rural middle school is not optimistic. It is shown as follows. Teachers' understanding of educational research is not in place. Teachers' motivation of educational research is utilitarian. Teachers' educational research ability is inadequate and the superior departments pay little attention to teachers' educational research. We should focus on changing teachers' concept and attitude, strengthening teachers' educational research training, fostering educational research leaders, perfecting the scientific research management mechanism in rural middle school to promote the sense and the ability of teachers on educational research.
