摘要
“国培计划”是国家培训中小学骨干教师,实现教师专业化的一项重要战略目标.“骨干教师”对“国培计划”具有较高的满意度才可以使得其在今后的工作中得到更好的事业表现和同伴互动,其培训过程中“骨干教师”的个人需要、专业技能发展、意向、期望与感知等因素是衡量其服务质量满意度的关键要素.贵州1省中小学数学“骨干教师”培训实践表明:“国培计划”服务质量还有较大的改善空间,特别是优质中、小学需要改进其对“骨干教师”的服务质量;“骨干教师”的期望和感知匹配度较低;“国培计划”需要强化“个性化”服务.
