摘要
为了提升煤炭工业作为我国经济发展基础和支柱产业的科技创新能力,结合我国煤炭工业科技创新体系现状,深入分析存在的问题,找出科技创新能力较低的原因,有针对性地提出建立科学的煤炭工业科技创新体系的对策和保障措施。
In order to exalting the scientific and technological innovating capacity of the coal industry which is the economic growth basic and supporting industry, by analyzing the actuality and problems of our country＇s coal industry science and technology innovation system, the au- thor finds out the causes that lead to low scientific and technological innovating capacity and sug- gests the countermeasures to creating pertinent coal industry science and technology innovation system of our country.
