易自燃综放面采空区煤自燃“三带”与防火控制技术 被引量:7

摘要 针对华润联盛峁底煤矿易自燃厚煤层综放开采的现实条件,采取实测氧气浓度变化、数值模拟漏风风速和氧气浓度变化3种手段,研究综放面两道一线自燃三带的分布规律,确定了13204综放面采空区"三带"范围,依据煤最短自然发火期确定工作面连续日推进速度。基于理论分析和试验研究,及时采取了封堵地面漏风通道、均压通风、工作面上下端口设置隔漏风墙、压注和喷洒MEA阻化液、适时调整控制工作面风量等综合防治采空区煤炭自燃技术措施,有效防止了采空区遗煤氧化自燃,实现了13204综放面的安全生产。 In view of the current conditions of coal spontaneous combustion in thick seam mining in Huarun liansheng maodi coal mine, the distribution law of spontaneous combustion " three zone" in the caving face have been studied by using oxygen concentration actual measure- ment, numerical simulation of wind speed and numerical simulation of oxygen concentration. The range of spontaneous combustion within these three zones have been obtained in 13204 fully mechanized goal. The promoting speed per day in the working face have been determined by the shortest period of spontaneous combustion. Based on theoretical analysis and experimental re- search, closure ground air leakage channel, equalizing ventilation, leakage-proof wall on upper and lower ports of working face have been adapted timely. Pressure injection, spray MEA inhibi- tor and air volume adjustment also are measures of spontaneous combustion prevention, which effectively prevented oxidation spontaneous combustion in coal goal and achieved the production safety in 13204 working face.
