摘要 为了有效增加土地供给,盘活低效用地,为工矿废弃地复垦规划工作提供理论依据,采用层次分析法确定分析模型,利用ArcGIS的空间分析查询功能从复垦条件、土壤条件、耕作条件和社会经济条件4个方面计算徐州各乡镇工矿废弃地复垦潜力。按照相应潜力分值进行分等定级后,建立徐州市工矿废弃地复垦数据库,可直观了解工矿废弃地复垦高潜力地区,并查询出复垦区域的相关数据,同时在复垦工作中进行数据同步更新,也可为工矿废弃地的验收提供参照标准。 In order to effectively increase the supply of land, revitalize the inefficient land, and provide a theoretical basis for the reclamation planning of the industrial and mining waste- land, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to determine the analytical model. Taking advantage of the spatial analysis of ArcGis, the reclamation potentiality of industrial and mining wasteland was calculated from four aspects of reclamation, soil conditions, farming conditions, socio-economic conditions. After rating by the corresponding potential score, Xuzhou mining wasteland reclamation database was established. So the high-potential areas of industrial and mining wasteland could be intuitively understood, and the data of the reclamation area could be queried.
