摘要
对煤化工系统进行全面深入的能效评价是节能减排和工艺优化的基础,本文在对能量分析、火用分析、热经济学和夹点技术等能效分析方法或工具的原理在煤化工系统能效评价应用进行综述性评价的基础上,分析比较了各种能效评价方法的适用性和局限性,结合煤化工技术的特点和发展趋势,提出了建立煤化工系统能效评估方法学的必要性和途径。
Integrated evaluation of energy efficiency processes plays a foundation role in coal chemical industry to achieve energy saving and emission reduction. Based on the detailed literature survey of energy analysis and efficiency evaluation methods and technologies principles applica- tion, including heat balance analysis, exergy analysis, thermal economics and pinch technology, this paper analyzed and compared the applicability and limitations of these energy efficiency evalu- ation methods. In view of coal chemical technology characters and development trends, the neces- sities and approaches of energy efficiency assessment methodology for coal chemical systems have been proposed.
