医院感染高影响力论文分析

Analysis of high impact papers on nosocomial infections

目的通过分析医院感染高影响力论文,了解国内医院感染的研究现状。方法利用《中国知网》检索以"医院感染"为关键词的全部文献,分别对被引用>30次和下载>100次的论文就论文数量、作者、作者单位、载文期刊和发表时间等进行分析。结果参照汤森路透公司和ESI提出的标准,计算出被引用>40次或下载>307次的医院感染论文为高影响力论文。结论中南大学湘雅医院、解放军总医院、南方医科大学南方医院等10多个单位是我国医院感染研究的重要基地,中南大学湘雅医院吴安华、任南等10多名作者是我国医院感染研究的核心作者,《中华医院感染学杂志》是医院感染研究的核心期刊和最好的服务平台。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the current situation of research of hospital infections in China by analyzing the high impact papers on nosoeomial infections. METHODS Papers that were cited over 30 times and down-loaded over 100 times were retrieved from CNKI using hospital infection as a key word. The distribution of papers on hospital infections, authors, authors＇ institutions, publication journals and time were analyzed. RESULTS The papers that were cited over 40 times or down-loaded over 307 times were considered as high impact papers. CONCLUSION The results indicate that Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, Chinese PLA General Hospital, and Southern Hospital of Southern Medical University, etc, are the important bases for the research on hospital infections. Wu An-hua and Reng Nan, etc, are the well-known authors expertizing in hospital infections, and Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology is the core journal and the best service platform in the field of hospital infection.
