摘要
苏里格南合作区是中国石油天然气集团公司与法国道达尔公司在鄂尔多斯盆地苏里格气田南部的天然气合作开发区块。针对该合作区致密砂岩储层非均质性强、有效砂体规模小、储量丰度低、单井产量低等一系列问题,为提高开发效率、降低开发成本,通过借鉴中国石油长庆油田公司苏里格气田其他区块成功开发的经验,结合道达尔公司先进适用技术和精细化管理理念,采用大井丛丛式井组开发模式和精细化管理,将钻井、压裂、试气等作业程序"流程化、批量化、标准化",从组织模式、资源配置、流程设计、技术支撑、作业管理等多方面进行革新,集中现有资源和技术优势,专业化施工、模块化组织、程序化控制、流程化作业。应用效果表明:通过实施上述措施,加快了施工速度,缩短了投产周期,满足了低成本开发需求,形成了具有该合作区特色的工厂化钻完井作业模式,实现了"三低"气田的规模效益开发,为气田高效开发树立了新样板。
The South Sulige Block is a gas development zone in the southern Sulige Gas Field, Ordos Basin, jointly operated by the China National Petroleum Corp. (CNPC) and France’s Total SA. However, there exist many problems such as great heterogeneity of tight sand reservoirs, smallscale effective sand bodies, low abundance of reserves, low single well production, and so on. In order to improve the development efficiency and reduce the development cost there, we not only learned experience from the successful practices in other development zones in the Sulige Gas Field, but introduced the Total’s advanced technologies and fine management concepts. On this basis, a factorylike drilling and completion mode was adopted for the cluster wells in combination with a fine management system. Thus, the multiwell pad drilling, fracturing, gas testing, etc. were streamlined, standardized, and run at scale as well as innovated in an organization mode, resources allocation, process design, technical support, operation management, etc. Moreover, by use of available resources and technological advantages, this factorylike operation model also achieved specialized construction, modular organization, programmed control and streamlined operations. With the above technical means, the operation was speeded up and the production cycle was shortened, which met the requirement of lowcost development of a field. The specialized factorylike drilling and completion mode is thus formed for this joint gas development zone, helping achieving the commercial and costeffective development of such gas fields with low pressure, low permeability and low abundance.
