摘要
以《太湖流域水环境综合治理总体方案》提出的太湖2012年水质保护目标为基础,结合太湖分湖区实测水质浓度,确定太湖各湖区水质保护目标;提出太湖污染物限制排污总量曲线的概念,采用太湖二维水量水质模型,计算不同入湖水量条件下满足太湖2012年水质保护目标时的太湖污染物限制排污总量,结合入湖水量特征拟定太湖污染物限制排污总量曲线,并以实际入湖污染负荷量和太湖实测水质对太湖污染物限制排污总量曲线进行了检验,为严格限制纳污红线管理提供依据。
The protection target of water quality in various parts of Taihu Lake are determined based on the overall protection target of 2012in"The Master Plan for Comprehensive Management of the Water Environment in the Taihu Basin".The concentration of water quality is measured and analyzed in Taihu Lake.This paper proposes a conception that the curve of pollutant limits the total emissions of Taihu Lake.Based on different water yield data,a two-dimensional water quantity and quality model for Taihu Lake is used to calculate the limitation of water pollutant gross,and it meets the water quality protection target of 2012in Taihu Lake.Considering the characteristics of water yield into Taihu Lake,the curve of pollutant limiting the total emissions is made.And based on the actual pollution load into Taihu Lake and the measured water quality of Taihu Lake,the curve is tested.It is a basis for the management of strictly limited pollutant line.
