城市应急备用水源保障规划研究——以广东省江门市为例

Research on Security Planning of Urban Emergency Reserve Water Source——a Case Study of Jiangmen,Guangdong Province

城市供水安全直接关系到广大人民群众的身体健康和社会和谐稳定,建立城市应急备用水源对于提高城市应急供水能力、保障供水安全具有重大意义。分析了江门市城市常规水源及应急供水能力现状,在不同应急供水事件识别、应急供水指标、应急供水历时分析的基础上,对江门市应急备用需水量进行了预测,并根据江门市水源特点,对应急备用水源进行了规划。研究提高了江门市应急供水保障水平,同时为其他相关城市应急备用水源建设提供了一定的借鉴。

As the safety of urban water supply is directly related to the health of the masses,social harmony and stability,it is of great significance to establish urban emergency reserve water sources for improving urban emergency water supply capacity and ensuring the security of water supply.This paper analyzes the existing situation of urban water sources and emergency water supply capacity in Jiangmen.Based on the analysis of identification on different water supply emergency events,emergency water supply index and emergency water supply duration,the emergency water demand of Jiangmen are predicted.And according to the characteristics of water sources in Jiangmen,the emergency reserve water source is being programmed.This study improves the capability of emergency water supply in Jiangmen.Meanwhile,it serves as a good reference for the planning of urban emergency reserve water sources in other cities.
