Improvements on the Runoff Regulation Method of Small Hydropower That Supplies Water Primarily

指出《小水电水能设计规程SL76-2009》中缺少以供水为主小水电径流调节推荐方法,而设计中常用方法还存在一些不合理之处。为解决这一问题,介绍了一种改进计算方法。改进方法避免或改正了常规方法不合理的假设条件、简化计算等问题。改进方法为长系列时历法,可适用于各种调节性能水库。通过多年来多项工程实用检验,改进方法计算合理、结果准确,可以获得比现有常规方法更大的供水保证流量。

This paper points out the lack of the recommended methods on runoff regulation of small hydropower that supplies water primarily in Hydro Energy Design Code for Small Hydro Power Projects SL 76-2009.However,the commonly used design procedure still includes some unreasonable places.In order to solve this problem,this paper introduces an improved calculation method that avoids or corrects the conventional method＇s unreasonable assumed condition,the simplified calculation,etc.The improved method is a long series calculating method,and it can be used for all kinds of reservoir regulation performance.The improved method has passed the practical test of a number of projects,its calculation is also reasonable and the result is accurate.Compared with the conventional method,more water supply to firm flow rate can be gained by taking the improved method.
