In light of the low qualified rate in the electrical traction qualification test of students majoring in the electrical engineering,the influencing factors are divided into two categories,which are the intuitive certainty factors and the uncertainty factors.For increasing the qualified rate,it is feasible to take the following steps： improving the teaching methods,cultivating students＇ good habits of action,reducing the wiring errors and strengthening the service ability while improving the technological level and operating speed.
