摘要
面对生源市场下行压力、校企合作育人模式,以及向终身教育、人人教育的转型,高职院校应建立科层式学科管理型组织与市场驱动型组织相融合的矩阵制教学组织结构。遵循市场驱动理论,基于为顾客创造价值,增设专业/项目研发型部门、市场与服务型部门,突出产品研发和"顾客"服务功能;基于对接区域经济和产业转型,建立校、系分级项目团队,提升市场快速反应能力,实现学校可持续发展。
Under the background of the pressure of students decreasing,the talents cultivation mode of school-enterprise cooperation,and the trend transferring to lifelong education and education for all,it is necessary for higher vocational schools to establish the matrix-system teaching organization structure,which integrates the hierarchical-type discipline management organization with the market-driven organization;follow the market-driven theory,based on creating the value for customers,add the specialty/project research and development departments as well as the market and service departments and highlight the functions of the product research and development as well as the serving "customers";based on linkage between regional economic development and industrial transformation,establish the school and faculty grading project team,improve the quick-reaction capability against market and achieve the sustainable development of schools.
