普通高校内应用型本科学生管理模式探析——以中国矿业大学应用技术学院为例

Analysis on Management Model for Application-oriented Undergraduates in Regular Higher Education Institutions——The Case of School of Applied Technology of China University of Mining and Technology

普通高校内应用型本科学生与普通本科学生相比在生源结构等方面有其特殊性,中国矿业大学根据应用型本科学生的特点形成了学生教育管理的"教育—管理—引导—服务"四级工作模式,通过反思这一工作模式在实践中存在的不足,提出构建个性化校园文化,贯彻教学化管理制度,充分调动学生自主管理,人面加强监督管理职能。

Compared to regular undergraduates in regular of higher education institutions,application-oriented undergraduates have their own features in many aspects,such as student source structure.Based on the features of application-oriented undergraduates,China University of Mining and Technology establishes a four-stage education and management mode for students,which are ＂educating-managing-guiding-serving＂.Through the introspection on the disadvantage of the mode in practice,the to-the-point suggestions are given that are to establish a personalized campus culture,implement the teaching-type management system,fully mobilize students＇ self-management and comprehensively enhance the supervision and management functions.
