中等职业教育示范校建设的瓶颈因素分析——基于新疆首批4所中职国家改革发展示范校建设的案例分析

Analysis on the Bottleneck Problems Influencing the Construction of Demonstrative Construction of Secondary Vocational Education——Based on Case Analysis on the Construction of Four Demonstrative Secondary Vocational Schools in Xinjiang

通过对新疆首批4所中职国家改革发展示范校的督导检查及问卷调查分析得出,影响中等职业教育国家改革发展示范校建设的瓶颈因素是:示范校建设本身的设计存在问题,缺乏有效的前期培训,缺乏教师自我创新的环境条件,缺乏建设学校自身的特色,缺乏人才激励政策等。

Supervision and inspection as well as questionnaire survey on the first four demonstrative secondary vocational schools of national reform and development in Xinjiang shows that,the bottleneck factors which affect the construction of demonstrative secondary vocational schools of national reform and development include： the plan of the demonstrative school construction itself,the lack of effective pre-training,the lack of environmental conditions of teachers＇ self-innovation,and the lack of talent incentive policy.
