摘要 目的观察角膜塑形术矫治近视的临床效果及其机制探讨。方法观察80例150眼青少年近视佩戴角膜塑形镜6个月后的裸眼视力、角膜前、后表面曲率及中央前房深度的变化。结果 6月后裸眼视力与佩戴前矫正视力比较差异无显著性(t=-0.25、P=0.65);与佩戴前比较,角膜前表面曲率比较差异有显著性(t=-7.83、P=0.00)、角膜后表面曲率比较差异无显著性(t=0.11、P=0.90)、中央前房深度比较差异无显著性(t=-1.05、P=0.29)。结论角膜塑形术主要通过改变角膜前表面曲率途径可有效矫治近视。 [Objective ] The study of clinical effects of orthokeratology to correct myopia and the mechanism. [Methods] The clinical datum of 150 eyes wearing orthokeratology contact lens (OK CL) for 6 months were ana- lyzed in adolescent myopia, include UCVA, the anterior and posterior radius of the corneal curvature, the central an- terior chamber depth. [ Results ] There was no significant difference in the UCVA, posterior radius of the corneal curvature, the central anterior chamber depth after wearing OK CL for 6 months compare to the before(t =-0.25, P = 0.65, t =0.11, P =0.90, t =-1.05, P =0.29). There was significant difference in the anterior radius of the corneal cur- vature (t =-7.83, P =0.00) in the before and after wearing OK CL. [Conclusions] Orthokeratology can correct my- opia well by changing the anterior radius of the corneal curvature.
