摘要
目前,亚急性瘤胃酸中毒是困扰奶牛生产的一大难题。高精低粗的饲粮结构使瘤胃pH值降低,挥发性脂肪酸浓度增加,引起瘤胃微生物区系结构改变,从而引发亚急性瘤胃酸中毒。当反刍动物发生亚急性瘤胃酸中毒时,瘤胃液内的细菌内毒素、组胺等有害物质浓度升高,引起瘤胃黏膜通透性的改变,减弱瘤胃壁正常的屏障功能。文章综述了反刍动物亚急性瘤胃酸中毒的发生机理及其对瘤胃上皮屏障功能的影响,旨在为控制或减少亚急性瘤胃酸中毒对瘤胃上皮屏障功能的危害提供参考。
At present, subacute ruminal acidosis (SARA) is a major problem that plagues the production of dairy cow. The diet structure of high proportion of concentrate and low proportion of roughage, makes the rumen pH to decrease, the volatile fatty acid to increase, and the structure of rumen microbial flora to change, causing subacute rumen acidosis. When subacute mmen acidosis occurs in ruminants, it causes the concen- trations of the bacterial endotoxin, histamine and other harmful substance to increase in rumen liquids, causing the change of rumen mucosal permeability to weak rumen normal barrier function. This paper reviews the pathogenesis of subacute rumen acidosis, and the effect of subacute ruminal acidosis on ruminal epithelial barrier function, which may provide references for controlling or reducing the hazards of subacute ruminal acidosis on ruminal epithelial barrier function in ruminants.
