摘要
为了有效提升高速冲床离合制动器运行阶段的可靠性水平,建立了一种基于离合制动器重要度评价的维修方式决策模型。综合运用模糊综合评判法和层次分析法对离合制动器的重要度进行评价,在此基础上对离合制动器做进一步的逻辑决策分析,得到离合制动器的最佳维修方式。同时,作为共性技术对高速冲床其他零部件维修方式的决策具有借鉴意义。
In order to effectively improve the reliability level of a high-speed punch clutch in operational phase,the maintenance strategy decision-making model based on importance evaluation of the clutch was proposed.The importance degree of the clutch was obtained through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).The best way to the clutch maintenance was obtained through a further logical decision-making analysis.The common technology can be used in other parts of the high-speed punch.
