摘要
为了研究中药催肥益质散对育肥后期肉牛增重和肉质的影响,试验选用18月龄左右健康的育肥后期肉牛30头,采用随机完全区组设计将试验牛分为3组,Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组分别在基础日粮中添加150g/d和300g/d中药。Ⅲ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,进行1个月的育肥后期饲喂试验后,对试验牛进行称重、屠宰和肉品质测定。结果显示,中药Ⅰ组和对照组相比,总增重、日增重和屠宰率均显著提高,中药Ⅱ组与对照组相比,总增重、日增重均显著提高,且差异极显著。中药Ⅱ组大理石评分、剪切力、系水力、粗脂肪显著优于对照组,中药Ⅰ组差异不显著;粗蛋白含量两试验组均差异极显著;其他各肉质指标差异不显著。中药Ⅰ组和中药Ⅱ组每日净利润分别为21.5元、21.4元,与对照组18.6元相比,分别增加2.9元、2.8元。结果表明,日粮中每日添加150g催肥益智散可明显促进育肥后期肉牛增重和改善肉质,创造更大经济效益,是值得推广的绿色无公害肉牛饲料添加剂。
In order to study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the weight gain and meat qual- ity improvement of fattening later beef, 30 healthy beef cattle with similar age about 18 months were cho- sen and randomly divided into 3 groups according to the complete block design: the chinese medicines group one, with 150 g Chinese medicine added daily 300 g Chinese medicine added daily in the dietary and in the dietary: the chinese medicine group two, with the control group, which was fed with the basal diet. After the feeding experiment of one month, the beef were weighed, slaughtered and their meat quality was determined. The results showed that compared with control group, the total weight gain, daily gain and slaughter rate of group I all had significant differences. Chinese medicine group II compared with the con- trol group, had extremely significant differences in the total weight gain and daily gain. The marble score, shear force, meat color, crude fat of group II were better than the control group, but not group I ; Crude protein content of both of the two groups all had extremely significant differences. The other indexes of the meat quality had no significant difference. The daily net profit of traditional Chinese medicine group I and]] were 21.5 yuan and 21.4 yuan respectively, compared with the control group 18.6 yuan , they in- creased by 2.9 yuan and 2.8 yuan respectively. The results show that adding 150 g Cuifeiyizhisan in dietary daily can promote weight gain of fattening later beef and improve the quality of meat, they create greater economic efficiency. Cuifeiyizhisant is worth popularizing as a new green pollution-free beef cattle feed additive.
