氘代同位素内标液相色谱串联质谱测定肠衣肉类肝脏中5种β受体激动剂类药物残留

建立了肠衣、肉类、肝脏中克伦特罗、莱克多巴胺、氯丙那林、妥布特罗、苯乙醇胺A的液相色谱-串联质谱方法。样品经乙酸铵溶液提取酶解,MCX固相萃取柱净化,流动相溶解后进行检测。5种β受体激动剂标准曲线线性关系良好(r均>0.99);回收率80.0%～98.5%,相对标准偏差为3.4%～8.1%;检出限0.2μg/kg,定量限0.25μg/kg。
