摘要
采用强度大小为12T的超强静磁场和脉冲周期为15s、最大强度为5T的低频脉冲磁场分别对干酪乳杆菌LC2W的生长过程进行照射,观察2种磁场照射过程中对菌体的生长和照射后对菌体活力的影响。结果表明,超强静磁场和低频脉冲磁场对菌体的生长具有抑制作用,并且磁场照射后菌体的活力均有所降低。其中12T超强静磁场对菌体的作用更显著。
The research using 12 T strong static magnetic field and low frequency pulsed magnetic field with cycle time of 15 s and maximum strength of 5 T to irradiate on Lactobacillus casei LC2W. The effect of two kind of magnetic fields on cells' growth in the irradiate process and the cells' activity after the irradiate process were investigated in this study. The results suggested that all two kinds of magnetic fields can inhibit the growth of cells and reduce the activity of processed cells. The 12 T strong static maqnetic field's effect was more siqnificant.
