摘要
对玉米皮水溶性膳食纤维(SDF)喷雾干燥工艺的中试进行了探讨,确定其最佳工艺参数为:进料量15mL/min,进口温度170℃,出口温度105℃。喷雾干燥完全适合于玉米皮SDF的干燥,并显著改善其溶解性能。
The pilot-scale experiment of spray drying processing technology of corn bran soluber dietary fiber （SDF） was studied to determine the best treatment conditions, which were： inlet flow rate 20 mL/min, inlet temperature 160 ℃, outlet temperature 75 ℃. Spray drying was fit for the drying of corn bran SDF, and could significantly improve the solubility of corn bran SDF.
