猪肚菇多糖提取工艺的响应面法优化 被引量:3

摘要 目的:通过响应面法优化猪肚菇食用菌中多糖的提取工艺。方法:在单因素试验的基础上采用3因素3水平的响应曲面分析法,依据回归分析确定各工艺条件的影响因子,以多糖提取率(%)为响应值作响应面和等高线图。结果:猪肚菇多糖提取率的影响因素由大到小顺序为:液料比>提取时间>提取温度,优化后的工艺参数为:液料比38:1、提取时间268min、提取温度90℃,响应值达到31.07%。结论:所建立的数学模型极其显著(P<0.01),可用来对猪肚菇中多糖的提取工艺进行分析和预测。 Abstract: Objective: To optimize the extraction technique of polysaccharides from Clitocybe maxima by response surface methodology. Methods: Based on the single factor test, three factors and three levels of response surface analysis method was adopted. The influence factors of various process conditions were determined by regression analysis. The response surface and contour map were drawn with polysaccharides yield (%), which is the response value. Results: The influence factors of crude polysaccharides yield of Clitocybe maxima from big to small order is: liquid/solid ratio〉extraction time〉extraction temperature, optimized technique parameters are: liquid/solid ratio 38:1, extraction time 268 min, extraction temperature 90℃, the response value is 31.07%. Conclusion: The present mathematical model is very significant (P〈0.01), and it can be used for the analysis and prediction of polysaccharides extraction technique from Clitocybe maxima.
