Comparisons of Korean bamboo salt and sea salt in chemical properties

摘要 采用SEM、XRD、ICP-OES、XPS方法分析海盐和竹盐的化学性质。竹盐的化学性质和海盐有所不同。扫描式电子显微镜(SEM)结果表明,竹盐的直径约为15~30μm,比海盐更小。竹盐的钙、镁、铁、锰、磷、硫、钾含量均高于海盐。XRD(X射线衍射)和XPS(X射线光电子能谱)分析结果表明,竹盐是一个结构复杂的物质,其中包括氯化钠、氯化钾及氯化镁。 The chemical properties of sea salt and bamboo salt were determined by SEM, ICP-OES, XRD, XPS assays. The chemical properties of bamboo salt were found to be different from those of sea salt. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) revealed that the diameter of the bamboo salt was about 15-30 μm and smaller than sea salt. The Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, P, S, and K contents of the bamboo salt were much higher than those of the sea salt. XRD (X-ray Diffraction) and XPS (X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy) analyses showed that the bamboo salt had a complex structure of materials which included NaCI, KCI, and MgCI2.
