摘要
利用猴头菌高效转化米糠生产食用菌粗多糖,研究菌丝体多糖的新复合酶提取工艺。应用单因素实验和正交实验,分别研究纤维素酶和蜗牛酶的添加量、pH、酶解时间和酶解温度对多糖提取率的影响。结果表明最优工艺参数为:酶解液pH6.5,酶解温度35℃,纤维素酶添加量为1.5%,蜗牛酶添加量2.5%,酶解时间5h。在最优条件下,测得猴头菌丝多糖的复合酶提取率为98.4%。
To make efficient use of the rice bran and to get mushroom mycelium polysaccharides, Hericium erinaceum was used to ferment rice bran to product mycelium polysaccharides. The enzymatic extraction technology of mycelium polysaccharide was researched.According to the single factor tests and orthogonal tests, the effects of amount of cellulase and snailase, pH, enzyme extraction time and temperature on the extraction yield of polysaccharides were analyzed.The results showed that the optimal parameters were as follows: pH was 6.5, temperature 35℃,the amount of cellulase 1.5 %, snailase 2.5%, time 5h. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of Hericium erinaceus polysaccharides was 98.4%.
