摘要
在目前机械系统可监测性设计理论研究的基础上,提出了机械系统可监测性设计五原则的概念,并进行了分析阐释。根据提出的机械系统可监测性设计五原则中的可监测性设计分配方法原则,首先采用故障树分析法和逻辑决断分析法,定性地对风电机组传动系统的故障性质进行了研究;然后通过层次分析法定量地对风电机组传动系统的故障原因及种类进行了分析研究;最后确立了相应的系统参考监测参数。分析结果表明,故障树分析法和层次分析法适用于风电机组传动系统可监测性设计分配方法的研究。
On the basis of the current study on monitorability-based design theory of mechanical system, put forward and analysed a novel concept. That is called monitorability-based design five-rule method of mechanical system. From the aspect of monitor- ability-based design allocation methods in the proposed concept, firstly the fault tree analysis and the logical decision analysis were combined to qualitatively analyse the fault property of wind turbine transmission mechanical system. And then the analytic hierarchy process was adopted to quantitatively analyse its the fault causes and types and finally established the corresponding system reference monitoring parameters. The analysing results prove that the fault tree analysis and the analytic hierarchy process are both suitable for the research on monitorability-based design allocation methods for wind turbine transmission system.
