摘要
采用图结构对冷却单元进行表示和分类,得到一系列冷却子回路图,依据距离最近原则,将冷却子回路图连接成一个连通图;通过路径搜索及评价算法获得最优的冷却回路路径;通过对冷却回路进行启发式延伸得到最终的加工方案,实现了冷却系统的自动化设计。以此为基础,在UG NX平台上开发了塑料注射模冷却系统CAD模块,并通过实例证明了所研究方法的可行性与优越性。
The cooling units are expressed and classified by graph structure, then a series of cooling sub-circuit graph structures are got. These cooling sub-circuit graph structures can be connected into a connected graph structure automatically according to the principle of nearest distance. The algorithm of cooling circuit path searching and assessing is researched to find out the optimal cooling circuit path. The cooling circuit machining scheme can be finally got by the heuristic method of extending the cooling cir- cuits, thus the design automation of the cooling system is realized. On this base, a CAD module for plastic injection mould cooling system is developed on UG NX, the application examples prove the practicability and superiority of the technology researched.
