摘要
维修性作为一种设计属性,对装备维修保障有重要影响,在装备研制阶段选取良好的维修性设计方案至关重要。结合维修性定性要求与维修性影响因素之间的关系,在典型质量屋的基础上,构建了用于维修性方案选择的改进型质量功能展开(QFD)模型,并阐述了利用信噪比分析研究装备维修性稳健性的原理,最后结合实例说明该方法的运用。
Maintainability is a kind of characteristic given by design. It is very important to select a good maintainability design plan in the equipment design phase. Put forward a method to select maintainability design plan based on typical house of quality, combined with the relationship between maintainability qualitative requirements demand and maintainability influence factors. The method uses the signal and noise analysis to research the robustness of equipment maintainability. In the end, illustrates the appli- cation of the method with a practical example.
