摘要 在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)树脂中加入无机微粉填充剂硫酸钡(BaSO4)和二氧化钛(TiO2),利用流延拉伸法制备PET反射膜;通过紫外可见光分光光度计等测试方法研究了拉伸倍率及填充剂含量对PET反射膜反射性能、孔隙率、光泽度及结晶性能的影响。结果表明:拉伸倍率为3倍、无机微粉填充剂质量分数为32%时,反射膜的反射性能最好且光泽度较好;加入无机微粉填充剂后反射膜的结晶温度升高、熔点降低。 Inorganic particle fillers barium sulfate (BaSO4) and titanium dioxide (TiO2) were added to poly(ethylene terephalate) (PET) resin,the PET reflective film was achieved after casting and stretching method.The influences of extension ratio and amounts of inorganic particle on the reflectance,porosity,glossiness and crystallization properties of PET reflective film were studied by means of ultra-violet and visible spectrophotometer ect.The results show that the optimal reflectance and good glossiness of the reflective film are achieved when the extension ratio is 3 and amounts of inorganic particle fillers are 32%; the temperature of crystallization increases and the temperature of melting decreases after adding inorganic particle fillers.
