摘要 采用不同种类的发泡剂制备出脲醛树脂泡沫塑料,研究了发泡剂的稳定性、发泡剂对泡沫塑料表观密度、吸水率以及压缩强度的影响,并对泡沫塑料的形貌进行了表征。结果表明:用十二烷基硫酸钠发泡的泡沫稳定性最好,泡沫高度在120s内变化很小;所得泡沫塑料的综合性能佳,其表观密度为0.083g/cm3,吸水率为2.51%,压缩强度为0.18 MPa。 Urea-formaldehyde resin(UF) foam plastic was prepared by different kinds of blowing agents.The stability of blowing agents,and the effect of blowing agents on apparent density,water absorption and compression strength of foam plastic were studied,and morphology of foam plastic was characterized.The results show the foam stability foamed by sodium dodecyl sulfate is best,the change of foam height is little within the 120 s; the obtained foam plastic possesses good comprehensive properties,and its apparent density,water absorbency and compression strength are 0.083 g/cm3,2.51% and 0.18 MPa,respectively.
