摘要
以马来酸钠(MANa)为接枝单体,过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为引发剂,采用熔融接枝的方法,利用聚丙烯(PP)接枝MANa制备了离聚物MANa接枝PP(PP-g-MANa),并对其结构进行了表征,发现MANa与PP发生了接枝反应。将接枝率为29.1%的PP-g-MANa引入到PP/乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)复合材料中,探讨了离聚物对复合材料力学、加工性能及微观结构的影响。结果表明,PP-g-MANa可作为PP/EVA复合材料的相容剂;当其用量为8份时,复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别提高了3.2,3.9MPa,冲击强度提高了12.3kJ/m2,同时,熔体流动速率提高了76.6%。
Adopting sodium maleate (MANa) as a grafting monomer,dicumyl peroxide(DCP) as an initiator,and ionomer PP-g-MANa was prepared by grafting MANa onto polypropylene(PP) based on melt-grafting.The ionomer was characterized.There occurs the grafting reaction between MANa and PP.The ionomer with grafting ratio of 29.1% is brought into PP/EVA(ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer) composites.The influences of ionomer on mechanical properties,processability and microstructure were studied.The results show that PP-g-MANa can be used as a compatilizer for PP/EVA composites.When the dosage of PP-g-MANa is 8 phr,the tensile strength and the bending strength of composites improve by 3.2,3.9 MPa respectively,and impact strength increases by 2.3 kJ/m2,simultaneously,the melt flow rate of composites increases by 76.6%.
