库兹涅茨学术思想及其对中国转型的启示

Academic Commentary on Kuznets and Inspiration for the China Transition——Commemorate the 110th Anniversary of the Nobel Economist

通过研究库兹涅茨的经济学文献,发现对过渡经济体有价值的观点有:(1)经济研究应该遵循一种动态的,非还原的,非决定论的思维方式;(2)技术创新尤其重要,经济的增长是一条以技术为主线而引发社会变革的总体行为;(3)产业结构的转化与社会结构的相应调整决定经济发展的质量;(4)收入分配不平等的改善必须依靠强有力的政府。经济学教育要重视历史与文化的重要性。科学技术进步是富国之源,同时应把经济体制和政府体制改革同步规划配套实施。收入分配改革要与城市化进程、高新技术产业发展和人才培养结合起来。

There are valuable perspectives for economies in transition from Kuznets: ( 1) economic research should follow a dynamic method; ( 2) technology innovation is especially important; ( 3) the quality of economic development depends on the transformation of industrial structure and social adjustment; ( 4) the improvement of income distribution inequality must rely on an effective government. The policy implications are as follows: economic education should pay attention to the importance of history and culture. Science and technology progress is the source for any rich countries,and we should plan and implement the reform the economic system simultaneous with the government reform. Income distribution reform should associate with the process of urbanization,high - tech indus- try development and personnel training.
